Instructions for AOL Users

  1. Open your AOL e-mail account
  2. Click "Address Book"
  3. Click "Add Contact"
  4. Create a contact listing for Mark Flournoy with the primary e-mail address mark@thinkrichsoftware.com

Instructions for Hotmail Users

  1. Open your Hotmail e-mail account
  2. Click "Contacts"
  3. In the left-hand menu, click "Safe List"
  4. Enter ThinkRichSoftware.com and click "Add"

Instructions for Yahoo! Users

  1. Open your Yahoo! e-mail account
  2. Click "Mail," and select "Options"
  3. Click "Filters"
  4. Click "Add"
  5. Click in the text box in the top row ("From header") and enter ThinkRichSoftware.com
  6. In the pull-down menu for "Move the message to," choose "Inbox"
  7. Click "Add Filter"

Instructions for GMAIL Users

  1. Click Contacts along the left side of any Gmail page.
  2. Click Create Contact.
